Common Return Questions

Which items can be returned?

  • Defective, damaged or wrongly received products.
  • Within 60 days from your order date.
  • In original condition.
  • Unwashed and Unworn.
  • In the original packaging.

Which items can not be returned/refund?

  • Free gifts.
  • Any products returned without OUTDOOR NUTS prior return approval ID.

Are there any charges for return?

  • When you choose to exchange your product, shipping costs are not covered.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.

    How do I return? Get your Return Approval ID

    • Mail us with your order number, mail adress, name of product and reason for the return.
    • Wait for our reply by email. Do not return anything yet.
    • You will receive your Return Approval ID with our address and how to return your order.

    How soon will I get my exchange/refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.
    • If approved, you can choose between an exchange or a full refund. If you prefer an exchange, shipping costs are on us! If you choose a refund, a credit will automatically be applied on the original method of payment, within 10 business days. 

    What if I haven't received my order?

    • Please contact your post office. Go along with your ID and inform them you have a missing delivery. Usually they leave a note in your letter box (Well.. not always...). They will track the shipping and deliver your package if available in their warehouse.
    • Check with your neighbours. Often packages are delivered next door.
    • Once the 2 above steps are completed but unsuccessful, please contact us here
